Tony Elumelu: What I Teach My Children About Success

What are you teaching your children about success?

Well, Tony Elumelu, billionaire businessman and banker just shared his own with us.

According to him: “I often tell my children that winning starts in their minds, rather than at the finish line.”

Continuing, he added that, “It begins each day till you achieve your goal. However, you must have self-discipline and robust time management skills to win.”

Elumelu is 60 years old and hails from Onicha-Ukwu in Delta State. One of Nigeria’s richest men, the chairman of the United Bank for Africa and Heirs Holdings is happily married to Awele and they are blessed with seven children, five girls and two boys.
