Revealed: It’s The Court That Needs Doris Ogala, Not Pastor Chris Okafor

Contrary to the latest picture which she’s trying so desperately to paint on the social media, the General Overseer of Greater Liberation City, Dr. Chris Okafor, is not behind the recent purported invitation or arrest of actress Doris Ogala. Rather she’s needed to respond to a pending suit, filed against her by the Federal Government of Nigeria, in the Federal High Court of Nigeria, in the Lagos Judicial Division, Holden at Lagos, over some wild allegations made against the pastor.

We gathered that the suit, with charge no – FHC/L/2/220C/2026 – The Federal Republic of Nigeria vs Doris Ogala, is pending before Honourable Justice Aluko. And because she was due for arraignment on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, that was why men from the Nigeria Police Force, Zone 2 Headquarters, 2 Island Club Road, Lagos tried reaching her. More so since she’s only on administrative bail. “The men only wanted to serve the Defendant with the Charge and also secure her attendance before the Honourable Court”, our source added.

Meanwhile, the charge sheet has four counts. Count 1 says, “That you Doris Ogala (F)(34 Years), sometime between September 2024 to March 2026, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did knowingly and intentionally publish on your social media account nude and intimate photographs of one Pastor Chris Okafor without his consent, which you knew would cause annoyance, embarrassment, emotional distress and injury to his reputation, and which said images were subsequently disseminated across various social media blogs and platforms thereby committing an offence contrary to Section 24(1)(a) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Amendment Act, 2024.”

Count 2 says, “That you, Doris Ogala (F)(34 Years), sometime between September 2024 to March 2026 within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did knowingly and intentionally send messages and publish pictures and video recordings through your Instagram Account and other social media platforms containing imprecatory remarks against one Pastor Chris Okafor’s life and marriage including allegations the said Pastor Chris Okafor committed acts of rape against his wife; engaged in ritual practices within his church and was responsible for the death of another person, which allegations you knew to be false and which were published for the purpose causing annoyance, insult, injury, criminal intimidation and reputational damage to the said Pastor Chris Okafor thereby committing an offence contrary to Section 24(1)(b) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Amendment Act, 2024.”

Count 3 reads, “That you, Doris Ogala (F)(34 Years), sometime between September 2024 to March 2026 within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did intentionally publish and cause to be disseminated through computer systems and networks several video recordings and electronic messages containing information you knew to be false and which were calculated to bully, threaten, intimidate and harass one Pastor Chris Okafor, and which said electronic publications were subsequently circulated across various online blogs and social media platforms thereby committing an offence contrary to Section 24(2)(a) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Amendment Act, 2024.”

The fourth and final count says, “That you, Doris Ogala (F)(34 Years), sometime between September 2024 to March 2026, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, transmitted electronic communications and information through your social media accounts against one Pastor Chris Okafor with intent to extort property, knowingly threatening to continue publishing menacing and intimidating materials against the said Pastor Chris Okafor unless he either compensates you or buys you a house and with the intent to harm his reputation, cause public hatred, ridicule and opprobrium thereby committing an offence contrary to Section 24(2)(c) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Amendment Act, 2024.”

“Sadly, rather than providing full disclosure, Doris keeps scandalizing Pastor Chris Okafor, a mission she’s been on now for months”, ended our source. “Whoever alleges must be able to provide proof – and that’s all the court is asking her to do. But instead of doing that, she is shouting Chris Okafor, Chris Okafor… Meanwhile the pastor has since moved on, leaving her to sort herself out with the court. Pastor Chris Okafor has nothing to do with this, but she just wants to keep mentioning and tarnishing his name and reputation.”
